The Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre is a unique African wildlife facility focusing on conservation and the sustainability of rare, vulnerable and threatened species. Founded on passion, the centre has adopted a holistic approach to its conservation activities, such as the educating of surrounding communities, tourism, breeding, rehabilitation and anti-poaching, to name a few.

The centre is located along the R40 road, about 20 minutes outside of Hoedspruit. Daily tours are offered every 2 hours, starting at 09H00.
Each tour starts with a video introduction, giving you a look into the work the centre does and short history. Once complete, a guide will give you an in depth look at the centre from the comforts of an open safari vehicle where you will remain for the duration of the tour.
You will also have the opportunity to pass by the vulture restaurant where you will get a unique view into the habits of these essential scavengers.
